I paid Brandon $485 to remove bees. He gave me a year warranty, but He simply sealed them inside! Four months later I called him back out because now they are worse. He came out & wanted another $285. I told him I wouldn't give him anymore money since I had a year warranty & he walked away. I text him again to ask him to honor the warranty. He said he would come the next day. I told him to call me because I wanted to be there when he did the work. He came when I was not there & sealed up the open again with them inside. Now I have to pay someone else to do what he was supposed to! I lost $485 and now have more damage months later.

They were very quick responding and assessed the rat situation. We had a number of stations installed in the garden. After 4 weeks all the bait had gone and no sign of rats. A great efficient service.

Paul and Borja from Albany Environmental services were very good. Borja initially came to look at the issue and was very thorough and took his time and made me feel like the job would be done properly. Paul then came out on 2 occasions and he had a lot of patience blocking up all the holes and was amazing in getting a stubborn dishwasher out to check the pipe work behind. They also both kept their masks on (properly, not half mast) which I appreciated. I would highly recommend them and the company.
