I had a snake in my apartment. Nick came in and thoroughly searched for it and any entry points. He explained everything as he went. He then searched outside and placed traps; he took photos of all of the possible points.

The technicians came out for a noise in my wall, didn’t find any mouse droppings, and when I played a video they stated it didn’t sound like a mouse. Then decided to put traps, poison ect, charging me 300$ the next day I found out it was a bird that has gotten into my dryer vent, called and asked about a partial refund and stated I would give back all the black box traps got laughed at and told I would receive no refund for the wrong diagnosis. Completely ignorant company, I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy. Disgusted.Â

Had an emergency situation with squirrels in the living area of my mother's home.. Nick was quick to respond, assess the situation and put my elderly mother at ease. He and his assistants were thorough, searched every area in the house, including the unfinished basement, and listened for activity. Explained entry points from outside and advised where traps should be set and patched the holes inside the house. He was incredible. I would highly recommend Frogger for all pest control needs.

Today I was driving to my doctors my sick 4 year old in the back as I was driving a vehicle from husky pest control came into my lane without warning and almost hit my car.

its the worst choice i made. dont take my word for it, try calling their numbers and see if they pick up, especially if you need any followup services. they were not able to exterminate the roaches as promised, i called them so they can come and redo it as per 30 days warranty. i called them so many times and left many voicemails but they never returned my calls. they were hoping to run the clock on me. they promised to redo the services back then but never showed up. i called them many times again and left messages but they evaded me. and today, a guy picks up he claims the 30 days warranty had expired. these guys did not spray most of the areas. they did not move anything. the guy was done in like 5 minutes. when i called the office, the guy was so rude and unprofessional. its better you pay a bit more for quality services than be scammed by these guys. most of their reviews seem to be from company employees.
